ADVANCED COMPUTER STUDIES

Our advanced computer studies course provides students with an understanding of the most popular, current technologies used at home and in the workplace. Students will become computer literate in this hands-on course as they learn to use, create, save and manage documents, spreadsheets, and emails, and use the Internet effectively.

This course will cover the basics of information technology literacy, including hands-on use of microcomputer applications, principles of digital computers and information technology 

The goal of this course is to introduce students to common desktop and database applications and elements of basic programming and problem-solving using the computer.
