PROJECT 3-3-1
WHAT IS PROJECT 3-3-1
Project 3-3-1 is a strategic initiative designed to boost our human resources and maximize productivity. It involves a three-tier program to train five (5) individuals on the job market with the aim of hiring them after the program.
Phase 1: Free Training (3 Months)
Five individuals will be selected and trained intensively in core areas relevant to the company’s operations. This phase will provide a solid foundation, equipping trainees with essential knowledge and skills. The training will last for a period of 3 months.
Phase 2: Attachment (3 Months)
After the training, trainees will be required to undertake a 3 months attachment, allowing them to apply their skills and knowledge obtained. Trainees will be assessed on their competency. Throughout this period, the company will be offering them allowances.
Phase 3: Mandatory Full-Time One Year Employment (1 Year)
Upon successful completion of the attachment, trainees will be offered full-time employment and will be required to commit to at least one year of mandatory service with the company.
Trainees cannot leave the company until after one year. They can only leave after one year if they wish.

Content For 3 Months Training
Month 1: Introductory Lessons
Week 1: Introduction to Media Law & Ethics
Week 2 & Week 3: Basic Computing
Week 4: Introduction to all programs of study
After the first month, trainees would have had enough knowledge on whatever we do and would be allowed to choose which of the areas they would like to specialize.
Month 2: Specialization
The second month will be dedicated to intensive, practical training in their chosen area, allowing them to build expertise and confidence.
Month 3: Marketing
During the final month of their training, all participants in Project 3-3-1 will undergo a comprehensive one-month program focused on marketing. This intensive marketing training will provide trainees with a valuable skillset, enabling them to understand and apply marketing strategies, contribute to the company’s brand development efforts and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition. It will also equip them in the areas of personal brand establishment so they can fit effortlessly into the corporate world.
